Someone stole four inflated balloons from a mailbox on East Orange Street, according to police.
The incident took place 2:36 p.m. May 4 at 621 E. Orange St.
Police said the suspect is described as a young white male, short, and wearing a hat. After stealing the balloons, he entered a white older-model Dodge Durango, with rust on the right rear of the vehicle.
The vehicle was last seen heading east on East Orange Street.
The total value of the balloons is approximately $4.
