SHIPPENSBURG — William Kabrick, 20, Littlestown, was cited with underage drinking at his local school residence on Saturday after police were
called to a large noisy party at the East Fort Street address, according to Shippensburg Police.
Police were called around 2:25 a.m. and when police made contact at the location, gave Kabrick a non-traffic citation for underage drinking.
