SHIPPENSBURG — The 16th Annual Shippensburg Fire Departments Child’s Dream will be hosted at Vigilant Hose Company on June 9.

The program is a joint effort between all three Shippensburg fire stations — Vigilant, Cumberland Valley Hose Company and West End Fire and Rescue. This effort is to promote enthusiasm in recruiting young members of our community into the fire service. This program has been very effective in the past with recruiting new members.
