SHIPPENSBURG — According to Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle, Stephanie D. Zimmerman, 50, Shippensburg, was placed into custody afte
r neighbors complained of her throwing rocks at their windows and yelling on High Street on Monday around 3 a.m.
She was found by police to be intoxicated by police and taken into custody before being transported to Carlisle Regional Hospital, according to police.
