SHIPPENSBURG — Jake W. Shoemaker, 32, Shippensburg was cited with a non-traffic citation for harassment after being involved in a verbal argument with his wife at their residence on Sunday around 8:37 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle. 
The argument was over finding the woman’s cell phone and police report that he made a comment that he would “punch her in the face and break her nose” if she found the cell phone.
The woman took her children to the neighbors and reported the incident to police.
